טופו פריך מוקפץ עם פטריות ושעועית ירוקה צרפתית ברוטב BBQ קוריאני 🧡 עמוס בכל כך הרבה טעם! . לחץ וייבש 1-14 ozטופו יציב במיוחד עם חפץ כבד ומגבות נייר כדי להסיר עודפי נוזלים. חותכים לקוביות בגודל ביס. לזרוק מעט תמרי דל נתרן או רוטב סויה לציפוי קל של כל קובייה. מניחים Three כפות עמילן תירס לתוך שקית מקפיא ומוסיפים קוביות טופו. אוטמים את השקית ומנערים עד שחתיכות הטופו מצופים בעמילן התירס. מכינים רוטב ברביקיו קוריאני: בקערה בינונית, מערבבים 3/four כוס תמרי דל נתרן או רוטב סויה, Three כפות סירופ מייפל, 1/four כוס מים, 1 כף חומץ אורז, 1-1/2 כף משחת צ’ילי (או לפי הטעם). ), 2 כפיות שמן שומשום, 1 כפית ג’ינג’ר טחון דק, 5 שיני שום טחונות דק. בקערה קטנה מערבבים 1 כף עמילן תירס עם 1 כף מים עד להמסה. מניחים קערות בצד. מחממים מעט שמן ניטרלי במחבת טפלון. הוסף 1 ק”ג פטריות קרמיני (פרוסות עבה), עם הצד השטוח כלפי מטה, ותן לשבת כמה דקות לפני שמפריעים. לאחר שהתחתית בצבע זהוב-כהה, מטגנים ומבשלים עד ששני הצדדים מקבלים אותו צבע. מוסיפים מעט רוטב תמרי או סויה ומבשלים 30 שניות. מעבירים לצלחת שטוחה. הוסף 1 ק”ג שעועית ירוקה צרפתית חתוכה למחבת והקפיץ עד להזהבה-שחום כהה. מעבירים לצלחת עם פטריות. מוסיפים עוד שמן במידת הצורך ומאדים טופו מצופה עד שכל הצדדים מזהיבים. מעבירים פטריות ושעועית ירוקה בחזרה למחבת עם טופו. יוצקים רוטב לסיר קטן. מביאים לרתיחה עדינה תוך כדי הקצפה. מוסיפים את עמילן התירס המומס וממשיכים להקציף. מחממים תוך כדי טריפה עד שמתחיל להסמיך. כף כמות רצויה של רוטב במחבת עם טופו וירקות. מערבבים היטב לשילוב תוך חימום עדין. מקררים שאריות רוטב. . . מאת cookingforpeanuts
