טפטוף הדבש בקצה הוא המפתח לניגוד המתוק והמלוח הזה, אז אל תדלג עליו! מרכיבים (מגישים 2) לרוטב רומסקו (מכינים 1 צנצנת קטנה) 200 גרם Cooks&Co צנצנת פלפלים אדומים קלויים 1 שן שום 100 גרם שקדים פתיתים 1 כפית פפריקה מעושנת 1 כף שמן זית 1 כף חומץ שרי שרי (לא חובה) ל-crispy 1 שמן זית Three חופנים גדולים של קייל מיץ מחצי לימון 225 גרם חלומי, פרוס לפרוסות של 1 ס”מ 2 כפיות דבש Four פרוסות לחם לבחירה, כגון מחמצת, ג’בטה או פוקצ’ה שיטה 1. קולים את השקדים הקצוצים במחבת יבשה עד להזהבה, בערך Three דקות, מנערים את המחבת לעתים קרובות. 2.מוסיפים את כל המרכיבים, מלבד שמן הזית, לבלנדר עם קורט מלח ומקפיצים לעיסה שמנמנה. מעבירים לקערה ומערבבים 1 כף שמן זית. לְהַפְרִישׁ. 3.מחממים מחבת פסים על אש בינונית-נמוכה. הוסיפו שפריץ שמן והוסיפו לבשל את החלומי משני הצדדים עד שמתחילים להופיע סימני זהוב ופסילה, בערך Three דקות מכל צד. 4.באותה מחבת שקליתם את השקדים, הוסיפו 1 כף שמן זית והוסיפו את הקייל עם קורט מלח. מבשלים 2-Three דקות עד שהקייל מתחיל להתכווץ ולהפוך לפריך. 5.כדי להרכיב את הסנדוויץ’, מורחים כל פרוסה בצד התחתון ברומסקו ושכבים עם החלומי, ספיטה של דבש ומעליה את הקייל הפריך. סנדוויץ’ עם פרוסת הלחם השנייה ותחבה פנימה (זה יכול להיות מבולגן – אבל זה החלק הכיפי!). . קרדיט: hans.hungry
