מק וגבינה טבעונית אפויים עם ברוקולי 💚 גבינתי ומנחם! קבלו את המתכון: מרכיבים פסטה ברוקולי 9 גרם מרפקי מקרוני או פסטה לבחירתכם (250 גרם) 1 ראש ברוקולי חתוך ל-2 כוסות פרחים קטנים רוטב גבינה טבעונית 1 תפוח אדמה אדום אדום four גרם, קלוף וחתוך לקוביות 1 גזר קטן מקולף וחצוי ⅔ כוס קשיו גולמי 100 גרם 1 כוס מים או יותר לפי הצורך 1 כף שמן זית או שמן קנולה 1 בצל קצוץ, או תת 2 כפיות אבקת בצל Three שיני שום טחונות, או תת 1 כפית אבקת שום four כפות שמרים תזונתיים 1 כפית חרדל לבן או 2 כפיות מיסו להדביק 1 כפית מלח ים או לפי הטעם 2 כפיות מיץ לימון או חומץ לבן להגשה ½ כוס גבינה ללא חלב מגוררת גבינת פרמזן טבעונית עשבי תיבול טריים הוראות לבשל פסטה וברוקולי בסיר גדול עם מים מומלחים לבשל את הפסטה לפי הוראות האריזה דנטה, מוסיפים את פרחי הברוקולי לסיר ב-2-Three הדקות האחרונות. מחממים תנור ל-355 מעלות צלזיוס (180 מעלות צלזיוס). רוטב גבינה טבעוני הוסף את תפוחי האדמה, הגזר, הקשיו ו-1 כוסות מים בסיר. מבשלים כ-10 דקות, או עד שהם רכים מספיק כדי להתמזג. בינתיים מחממים את השמן במחבת על אש בינונית. מוסיפים את הבצל וקורט מלח. מבשלים עד לריכוך ושקוף, כ-Three דקות. לאחר מכן מוסיפים את השום ומבשלים עוד דקה עד לריח. לאחר שתפוחי האדמה מוכנים, יוצקים בזהירות את כל התערובת (+גזר, קשיו ומי בישול) לבלנדר יחד עם הבצל המוקפץ, השום, השמרים התזונתיים, החרדל, המלח ומיץ הלימון. מערבבים עד שהתערובת חלקה לחלוטין, כ-2 דקות, תוך עצירה לגרד את הדפנות. (הוסיפו עוד מים לעקביות הרצויה לפי הצורך. טועמים ומתקנים תיבול.) פסטה אופים לאחר שהפסטה אל דנטה, מסננים את מי הבישול. מוסיפים פסטה וברוקולי מבושלים למחבת (בה השתמשת כדי לבשל את הבצל כך שלא צריך לשטוף אותו). יוצקים את רוטב הגבינה הטבעונית על הפסטה ומערבבים לאיחוד. מפזרים גבינה ללא חלב או תוספת פירורים לפי הרצון ואופים 10-15 דקות או עד שהגבינה נמסה. מוציאים מהתנור, מפזרים פרמזן טבעוני ועשבי תיבול טריים. מאת biancazapatka
