סלט תפוחי אדמה בקארי וביצים ריבה מה זה ממרח אביב/קיץ בלי סלט תפוחי אדמה, היי?? שיניתי את הקלאסי בכך שנתתי לזה קצה קארי קל וזרקתי שם כמה ביצים לחגיגה גדולה עוד יותר מרכיבים (מגיש 4-6 כתוספת – אפשר להכפיל בקלות אם אתה מגיש לממרח גדול יותר) 750 גרם ג’רסי רויאל (תפוחי אדמה גדולים יותר חצויים) eight ביצים בינוניות 2 כפות מיונז 2 כפות יוגורט יווני או טבעי מלא 1 כף אבקת קארי עדינה 2 כפיות צ’אטני מנגו Three בצל אביב פרוס דק צרור קטן של עירית קצוצה (בערך 10 גרם) צרור קטן של כוסברה (בערך 10 גרם) קצוץ דק 1.5 כפות זרעי ניג’לה. גם זלפתי מעל ריבת ג’לפניו בקצה לקצת בעיטה מתוקה וחריפה. אם כן רציתם את החום הנוסף הזה, אתם מוזמנים להוסיף כמה ג’לפניוס פרוסים בסוף! שיטה 1. מביאים לרתיחה מחבת גדולה של מים מומלחים ואז מוסיפים את תפוחי האדמה ומבשלים 15 דקות עד שהם רכים, בדיוק מספיק כדי שתוכלו לדחוף סכין. עם מסננים במסננת ומצננים 5-10 דקות. 2. בינתיים מבשלים את הביצים במחבת נוספת של מים רותחים במשך 9 דקות. מסננים ומכניסים לקערת מים קרים כדי למנוע בישול נוסף. 3. בקערה גדולה מערבבים יחד את המאיו, היוגורט, אבקת הקארי וצ’אטני המנגו. מוסיפים את תפוחי האדמה לקערה ומערבבים בעדינות כדי לצפות בתערובת. 4. קולפים את הביצים ופורסים אותן לשלישים או לרבעים לאורכם, תלוי בגודלן. מערבבים בעדינות את הביצים בתערובת המאיו, יחד עם הבצלים, רוב העירית והכוסברה. מתבלים במלח ופלפל. 5.מגישים את סלט תפוחי האדמה בקערת הגשה גדולה. מפזרים מעל את יתרת העירית והכוסברה וקצת זרעי ניג’לה, אם משתמשים. . קרדיט: hans.hungry
