סלמון פריך ברוטב כפול, זיגוג סויה ושמן בצל ירוק/שום אני אוהב אורז ארומטי היינאני ולכן חשבתי על זה כשהכנתי את הסלמון. מכינים זיגוג עם מיץ תפוזים, סויה וסוכר חום ולאחר מכן מכינים שמן ריחני עז של בצל ירוק, שאלוט, שום וג’ינג’ר מעל הכל מה שהופך את האורז והסלמון לסופר שפתיים. לזיגוג: Four כפות סויה בהירה 2 כפות סוכר חום Three כפות מים half of מיץ תפוזים מוסיפים את כל המרכיבים לסיר קטן ומבשלים עד להפחתת זיגוג דביק מתוק, מניחים בצד. לשמן: 120 מ”ל שמן צמחי 2 בצל אביבי (בצל ירוק) פרוס דק 1 שן שום מודבקת אותה כמות ג’ינג’ר (כמו השום) טחון 1 שאלוט פרוס דק קורט גדול של מלח פתיתים 2 קורט פתיתי צ’ילי מניחים את כל המרכיבים בתבנית קערה חסינת חום. מחממים את השמן הצמחי עד שהוא חם בעליל ואז יוצקים את השמן על המרכיבים כך שהם ירתחו. מבשלים את הסלמון עם העור כלפי מטה במחבת משומנת היטב בגובה בינוני במשך 4-5 דקות. הופכים ומבשלים עוד 2-Three או עד לסיום. מגישים עם אורז דביק מטפטפים את הזיגוג מלמעלה ואז מגישים בנדיבות את השמן על הסלמון והאורז ❤️ . קרדיט: thesaltychilli .
