סלט צנון צלוי ותפוחי אדמה חדשים ❤️ . ❤️ 👉🏼מצרכים משרתים 2-Three אנשים 2 צרורות צנוניות – שטופות, גזורות וחצויות לחצאים 500 גר’ תפוחי אדמה בייבי – חתוכים לחצאים הדבקה נדיבה של שמן זית לצליית 2 בצלים אביביים – פרוסות דק 2 כפות גרעיני דלעת ומלח פלפל לפי הטעם 👉🏼לרוטב: חופן קטן של עלי בזיליקום four כפות שמן זית כתית מעולה 1 כפית חומץ בלסמי מלח לפי הטעם שלבים מחממים תנור ל-180 מעלות צלזיוס. מביאים לרתיחה מחבת מים מומלחת ומרתיחים את תפוחי האדמה במשך eight דקות עד שהם רכים מעט. מסננים את תפוחי האדמה ומוסיפים אותם לתבנית אפייה גדולה יחד עם הצנוניות, כוס שמן זית נדיבה, מלח ופלפל. צולים בתנור במשך 25 דקות עד שתפוחי האדמה מזהיבים. בינתיים מכינים את הרוטב: פשוט מכניסים את כל המרכיבים למעבד מזון קטן או בלנדר (גם בלנדר ידני יעבוד) ומקפיצים עד לקבלת מרקם חלק וניזל למדי. מוסיפים את גרעיני הדלעת למחבת וצולים אותם על אש בינונית כמה דקות עד שהם מתחילים להשחים. מגישים את הסלט כשהוא עדיין חם על ידי זריקת הצנוניות ותפוחי האדמה הצלויות עם הרוטב וזיזת גרעיני הדלעת והבצל הפרוס. . . . מתכון מאת happyskinkitchen .
