קערת ארוחת ערב מדהימה במילוי ברוקולי לחם אפוי וטופו צ’יפוטלה מטוגן במחבת. בשילוב עם שעועית, גזר, פטריות מוקפצות ואורז עדשים 🥄🥣🍲 . . . נגיסות ברוקולי: חותכים ברוקולי אחד לפרחים. שמור את הגבעול למרק או לנשנש. זורקים את הפרחים עם קערה של half of כוס קמח טפיוקה, מלח לפי הטעם, 1 כפית אבקת שום וכפית אבקת בצל, 2 T שמרים מזינים, 2 T שמן זית ו-1 כוס חלב צמחי. נותנים לפרחים לשבת ולהשרות. בקערה נפרדת לזרוק 1 כוס פירורי לחם Panko עם מעט מלח ואורגנו או תבלינים איטלקיים. מהדקים את פרחי הברוקולי לתוך פירורי הלחם ומקיפים אותו סביב הפירורים כדי לצפות אותם. חזור על הפעולה עבור כל פרחון. קו אופים בתנור למשך 20 דקות בחום של 350F. במחבת קטנה מביאים לרתיחה: 1 כוס רוטב צ’ילי אדום מתוק, 2 ט’ סירופ מייפל, 1 ט’ חומץ תפוחים, 1 ט’ חומץ יין לבן ו-1 ט’ חומץ אורז. מורידים את הכיריים כאשר מסמיכים. . טופו: בקערה: 2 ט’ רסק עגבניות. half of כוס רוטב עגבניות או רוטב צ’יפוטלה. 1/four מתבלין סושי או חומץ אורז. מוסיפים לקערה 2 ט’ תבלין צ’יפוטלה. 2 ט’ רוטב סויה או אמינו נוזלי. 2 ט’ סירופ מייפל. 2 ט’ משחת שום. 1 ט’ משחת ג’ינג’ר. קורט מלח. 1/four כוס אבקת טפיוקה. 1 כפית מלח. . לחץ על טופו לפחות שעה כדי להסיר עודפי מים. חותכים לאורכים הרצויים. לזרוק עם אבקת טפיוקה ומלח. מטגנים במחבת כמה דקות מכל הצדדים כדי שיהיה פריך. מוציאים מהמחבת ומוסיפים את כל מרכיבי הרוטב שאספתם בקערה. מערבבים עד שמסמיך ואז זורקים את הטופו בחזרה. מערבבים ומוציאים ומגישים. תהנה! . . . .
