קערת טאקו של שרימפס מתובל פשוט + טעים. ההרכב הזה פשוט מרגיש כמו חופשה. . השרימפס מתובל בתערובת של שומר, פפריקה מעושנת, ופתיתי צ’ילי אדום ומעט מלח ים. כל כך פשוט אבל כל כך טוב. הגשתי אותו יחד עם בסיס גדול של חסה חמאה, חצי אבוקדו, קצת גבינה מגוררת, ופיקו ביתי עם עגבניות אדומות וצהובות, כוסברה, בצל אדום ומיץ ליים. הורדת הפסים עוזרת גם להאט, וזה יתרון, למרות שהרבה אנשים אמרו לי לאחרונה שהם אוכלים את הזנבות!! . הנה איך הכנתי הכל: . 1. ראשית, ערבבתי את השרימפס עם התבלינים. לקחתי 1 ק”ג שרימפס בר וזילפתי עליו כף שמן זית ותובלתי בכמה זרעי שומר כתושים (בערך half of עד 1 כף), קצת פפריקה מעושנת איכותית (1-1.5 כף), אבקת שום (או טון טרייה) שום טחון), מעט מלח ים, והוספה לטפטף מעט שמן זית. עסו היטב את התבלינים והניחו לזה לשבת 15-30 דקות. אתה יכול פשוט להתחיל מיד אם תרצה אבל לתת לזה לספוג את הטעמים זה הרבה. . 2.כשאתם מוכנים להכין את השרימפס, קבלו מחבת על אש בינונית, הוסיפו 1 כף שמן/חמאה לבחירתכם, ובשלו מכל צד כדקה. אל תגזים עם שרימפס מכיוון שהוא נהיה גומי. . 3. לאחר שסיימת את השרימפס שלך, התחלתי עם בסיס גדול של ירוקים והוספתי את שאר המרכיבים שלי. הוספתי half of אבוקדו, גבינה ופיקו. מתבלים את הפיקו איך שרוצים לטעום, אני אוהב מעט מיץ ליים נוסף, ג’לפניו טרי ומלח ופלפל. פיקו הוא רק בצל קצוץ דק, עגבניות, ג’לפניו טרי וכוסברה וליים טריים. . נסה את השרימפס ותגיד לי מה אתה חושב. שומר מוסיף פרופיל טעם מדהים כל כך שלדעתי תאהב אותו. 📸 קרדיט shredhappens ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
