רוטב הולנדייז טבעוני 💚 רוטב טעים ורב-תכליתי שתוכלו ליהנות ממנו בדרכים רבות ושונות! מרכיבים 2.eight גרם מרגרינה או חמאה טבעונית 2 כפות קמח * ראה הערות לאפשרויות ללא גלוטן 200 מ”ל מרק ירקות 200 מ”ל שמנת סויה או שמנת שיבולת שועל 1 כף יין לבן, טבעוני 2 כפיות חרדל 1 כפית מיץ לימון 2 כפות שמרים תזונתיים ופתיתי שמרים אופציונליים פלפל לפי הטעם 1 קורט כורכום אופציונלי לצבע 1 קורט Kala Namak אופציונלי ל”טעם ביצה”. הוראות שימוש 1. ממיסים לאט את המרגרינה בסיר. לאחר מכן טורפים פנימה את הקמח ומבשלים כמה דקות כדי ליצור רו. 2. לאחר מכן יוצקים את מרק הירקות וקרם הסויה. מוסיפים יין לבן, חרדל, מיץ לימון וקורט כורכום ומביאים לרתיחה עדינה ⅓ תוך כדי ערבוב מתמיד עד שהרוטב סמיך וקרמי יפה. לבסוף, מתבלים בפתיתי שמרים תזונתיים, מלח ופלפל. 3. מגישים את רוטב ההולנדייז על אספרגוס ותפוחי אדמה מבושלים. מטפטפים מעט מיץ לימון טרי ומפזרים פטרוזיליה קצוצה או שמיר. 4. תהנו! . הערות: *ללא גלוטן: במקום קמח אפשר להשתמש גם ב-1 כף של עמילן תירס, עמילן תפוחי אדמה, עמילן טפיוקה או קמח חץ. כמו כן, 1 כפית של מסטיק שעועית לוקוס יתאים. אם משתמשים בעמילן תפוחי אדמה או עמילן תירס, מוסיפים 3-Four כפות ממרק הירקות לכוס וממיסים בה את העמילן. יוצקים בזהירות את יתרת ציר הירקות ושמנת הסויה למרגרינה המומסת ומביאים לרתיחה. לאחר מכן מערבבים את תערובת העמילן ומביאים שוב לרתיחה תוך כדי ערבוב עד שהרוטב מסמיך. *במקום להשתמש בקרם לא חלבי שנקנה בחנות, אתה יכול להכין קרם קשיו משלך על ידי ערבוב של ⅓ כוס אגוזי קשיו (או חמאת קשיו) עם ⅔ כוס מים עד לקבלת קרם. *פתיתי שמרים תזונתיים הם רק אופציונליים אבל הם נותנים לרוטב טעם גבינתי אגוזי עדין. *המלח השחור ההודי “Kala Namak” נותן לרוטב את “טעם הביצה” האופייני. *כורכום הוא רק אופציונלי עבור צבע צהוב. לחלופין, אתה יכול גם להוסיף מעט מיץ גזר או מחית דלעת או פשוט להשאיר אותו בחוץ. . . . . . קרדיט: biancazapatka
